so i planned out all the goals i want to achieve this summer & made a schedule for myself to succeed. break’s halfway through and i’ve been one majorly lazy ass. and the fact that soccer season starts next month is really getting me worried. i have to start running & getting in shape for that & make some changes in my decisions. i’m going to try to limit my time on the computer now & stick to the plan that i made out for myself & hopefully everything will work out. i know if i really set my mind to something i’ll get it done.
as for getting in shape, i’m going to start the master cleanse diet that beyonce went on for her role in dream girls. she lost 22lbs in 20 days and that deffffffinitely sounds good to me. you have to stay on it for at least 10 days but i definitely know i’m going to stay on it for longer, hopefully until school starts. i can’t wait to see how it works out.
